David Carman (Owner and Director of CarmanWhite) is a renowned facilitator, management consultant, and business educator. David is a grounded, genuine and goal orientated person who has personally led over 375 workshops, trained and coached over 8,000 executives, managers and staff. He specialises in transformational learning, with 16 years' experience in successfully increasing the capability of local and international businesses. David is very passionate about making workplaces a better place to be and expanding the level of self awareness of leaders, managers and staff.

John White (Owner and Director of CarmanWhite) has an outstanding reputation for his ability to create and deliver professional development initiatives that produce real and sustained change. He cuts to the heart of business and leadership issues, and helps clients and participants discover practical ways to move themselves and their businesses forward. John has a rare talent for being able to rapidly identify the core ideas and skills people need to master. He then communicates and teaches these skills in a compelling, personable and supportive manner. He has personally lead over 500 workshops.

Mikaela Thorne (Event and Sponsorship Co-ordinator) has spent the last 4 years working in the events Industry in Australia, although has been involved with event production through her family business since the age of 6. After completing a Bachelor Degree in Media Communications and Behavioural Studies and taking a year off to travel the world, Mikaela joined the CarmanWhite team in 2007. Through gaining corporate experience and attending numerous training courses Mikaela worked her way up to her current role of Events and Sponsorship Co-ordinator. She also performs the function of Office Manager and Executive Assistant to the 2 Directors of CarmanWhite, David Carman and John White. Mikaela consistently delivers great results and events that run like clockwork. She has great initiative and very high levels of determination, persistence and attention to detail. Mikaela also has an excellent approach to people that makes them relaxed and at ease.

Bob Burrows (Principal Consultant and Executive Mentor/Coach) has an extensive career in managing small to medium size organisations. He specialises in mentoring owners, senior executives, future leaders and managers. Bob is dedicated to aligning the head and heart connection in business. His strengths include growing businesses and helping organisations and individuals in making transformational shifts in thinking, taking action and achieving greater results.

Cathy Duvel (Principal Consultant) is a motivated and energetic professional, Cathy is an enthusiastic consultant who has worked as a consultant, facilitator and coach in a variety of organizations.  Cathy specialises in the areas of leadership development, culture transformation, communication and relationship building. Cathy is a warm and caring individual who builds strong relationships with ease.  She is creative and innovative and offers her clients dedication and passion for their growth and success.
