He will draw upon case studies from over 35 major transformation programs that he and his McKinsey’s global team facilitated worldwide. These programs involved the development of over 250,000 people across 15 countries.

Former Training Manager for Emirates Airlines and People Development Manager for Sun Microsystems (Southern and Eastern Europe, Middle East & Africa)

Barry will draw upon his extensive international experience to distinguish between leadership as a “way of being” versus leadership as a "to do" list. He believes that the true essence of leadership is being lost in the attempt to reduce it to a list theories, principles and skills.

His talk will challenge these norms and stretch your current thinking. Barry will show that by transforming the way leaders perceive the situations they face, there is a new possibility for leadership as an act of creation.
